Heta Thakkar, Physiotherapist and Masters in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, special interest in Sports Performance and data analysis with an overall experience of 6 years. She is a track and field athlete and loves dancing.

Academic Program Head

​Siddhant Gadge holds a B.Sc. in Sports & Exercise Sciences from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai, and is an ASCA-certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. He has interned at top institutes like the Inspire Institute of Sport and the Reliance Foundation, working with elite athletes in performance testing and S&C.

Darshan Karekar

Athletic Program Head

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science , Darshan Karekar brings a dynamic blend of expertise to the field. An avid football enthusiast and an adventurous spirit, Darshan brings a wealth of experience working with athletes from grassroots to state levels in Maharashtra and Karnataka across various Disciplines. Darshan is dedicated to empowering athletes to reach their full potential.

Daniel Meshach

Clinical Program Head

Daniel Meshach Jayaprakash is BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences. He has experience as a professional fitness trainer and has also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Indian Jr. Women’s Hockey Team. He believes in transforming lifestyles through science-backed concepts of Testing, Training, and Performance FOR ALL.

Pranay Maru

Research Head

Pranay Maru did his honors in Exercise and Sports Science and he brings a powerhouse of knowledge and skills  to the table. His extensive coursework, ranging from youth athlete training to data analytics in sports law, reflects his commitment to the field. We are thrilled to have you on board. Prashant Santosh Dubey

Sports Scientist , S&C Coach

We welcome Prashant Santosh Dubey, a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist, now joining Performance Lab. With a BSc. in Sports & Exercise Science from Somaiya University, and certifications in IAAF Youth Athletics Level-1, Strength & Conditioning (ISST), and Prehab & Rehab (ACSM), Prashant brings a wealth of expertise.

Shraddha Dixit

Sports and Exercise Scientist 

A graduate from Somaiya University with a Taekwondo Coaching Diploma from SAI, Shraddha Dixit brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and elite sports experience. She’s worked with Uttar Pradesh Sports Department, and has interned at PQ Performance Lab and eventually got absorbed as SnC coach in PQPL

Taher Kudrati

Sports Scientist

Taher Kudrati did his Bachelor’s in Sports & Exercise Science from DY Patil University. He’s all about smoother movements and better performance with a science driven approach. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him playing cricket or heading out on long rides. At PhysioQinesis Performance Lab, Taher’s mission is simple, helping you unlock your full potential!

Kyle Justin has done his Bachelor’s in Sports & Exercise Science from DY Patil University. An avid football enthusiast who has played at the national level. His main goal is to help every athlete reach the level they aspire to be at. Outside of work he’s either playing football or cooking a delicious meal.

Sports Nutritionist

Shifra Varadkar is a Sports Nutritionist and the founder of Aahār by Shifra, her private practice focused on athlete care and performance nutrition. She works with competitive athletes across different sports, helping them optimise fuelling, recovery, body composition, and overall performance through practical, individualised strategies. Her approach centres on making high-performance nutrition sustainable and realistic within an athlete’s daily training environment. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and reading.
