At PHYSIOQINESIS Performance Lab, we combine sports science, strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, performance testing, sports nutrition, and sports psychology under one integrated system to help athletes and individuals achieve measurable performance outcomes.
Operating from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM, our performance lab is designed to support youth athletes, general fitness clients, competitive athletes, and elite performers through structured, evidence-based assessment and training.
Our sports performance lab utilizes advanced fitness testing, sports-specific testing, speed & agility assessment, 1RM strength testing, force production testing using VALD technology, lactate threshold analysis, movement screening, and comprehensive athlete monitoring to evaluate strength, power, endurance, mobility, neuromuscular control, and injury risk factors.

Every athlete undergoes an individualized performance assessment that helps our Sport Scientists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches identify performance gaps, movement inefficiencies, and sport-specific demands before designing precise, data-driven training programs.

Beyond physical performance, our integrated approach includes Sports Nutrition services with Khushi Jaiswal and Shifra Varadkar, along with Sports Psychology support from Dr Parinaaz Irani, ensuring complete athlete development across physical, nutritional, and mental performance domains.
Through LTAD-based youth development, runners bootcamps, senior fitness, rehabilitation support, and high-performance training systems, PHYSIOQINESIS Performance Lab delivers a complete ecosystem for long-term health, fitness, recovery, and athletic excellence.
